Ember & Oak was born from a simple belief — that great food doesn't need to be complicated. It needs to be honest, fresh, and cooked with care.

Every dish on our menu is crafted from locally sourced ingredients, fire-roasted over sustainably sourced oak wood. We work directly with farms within 50 miles of our kitchen.
